The Undertow Games Forums are the official forums of SCP - Containment Breach. The forums were created by Regalis, the creator of the game, on Friday, November 02, 2012, at 3:28 AM UTC-8 time as SCP - Containment Breach Forums using phpBB software. In November of 2014, Regalis announced a name change for the forums due to his group of developers having a proper name, being an official registered company, and the devs no longer working on just SCP games.
